Update Sept 15 1:30am: Dub01, EU-West-1a, and US-West-2b pods are currently being rolled back to an unaffected version in order to expedite a solution. We will post another update when this work is complete.
Our Engineers have identified an issue with extract refreshes not completing for some Salesforce and MySQL data connections. Users affected by this behavior will see the following error message: Failed to insert a NULL value into a non-nullable column. We understand the root cause of this issue and have a fix identified. As the solution requires a code fix, we will be performing testing and validation to ensure the solution is stable. While testing is underway, affected users can work around this issue by refreshing data using Tableau Bridge.
