Tableau Engineers have confirmed that the solution put in place to mitigate the issue causing an impact for our users who use encrypted extract (KMS) in the 10ay ueb dub01 and uea environments was successful. This incident is now considered resolved.

Tableau Engineers are investigating a potential issue within 10ay ueb dub01 and uea that may be causing an impact for our users who use encrypted extract (KMS). These users will be unable to refresh their extracts, and any viz based on these extracts will fail to load. We are working to identify the scope of impact and implement a solution as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience; our next update will be when new information becomes available.
