Tableau Engineers have implemented a solution to mitigate the issue of high response times for Extract Refreshes on the EU-West-1a environment. At this time, normal functionality has been restored, however we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Next update will be when new information becomes available.

Tableau Engineers have identified the problem that caused high response times for Extract Refreshes on the EU-West-1a environment.  A solution to mitigate user impact is currently being worked on.

Tableau Online EW1a is currently in a degraded state. During this time, users will experience extensive idle time for the refresh jobs to be performed. We are working to identify the scope of impact and implement a solution as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.
