Tableau Engineers have confirmed that the solution put in place to mitigate the issue causing intermittent failures and slow loading times in the EW1A Tableau Online environment was successfully implemented by Monday, May 13th 2019 10:02am UTC. This incident is now considered resolved.

Monitoring
Tableau Engineers have implemented a solution to mitigate the issue causing users to encounter long loading times and occasional failures when accessing views in the EW1a environment. At this time, normal functionality has been restored, however we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Next update will be when new information becomes available.

Tableau Engineers are currently investigating an issue with Tableau Online EW1a. At this time users may experience failures and longer than usual loading times when accessing views. Our next update will be provided as soon as new information becomes available.
