Tableau engineers detected an issue in the Tableau Cloud US-East-1, US-East-A and US-East-B environments which prevented some users from successfully completing Excel or PDF exports, between approximately 12:00AM PT on December 26th, and 1:00PM PT on December 27th. A solution to mitigate the issue was implemented by Tableau engineers, and this incident is considered resolved.
