While we will be working to reduce the amount of time our customers are impacted, please anticipate that this work will take up to 8 hours to complete as part of our program to provide greater customer consistency and faster feature delivery.

Resolved - Tableau Engineers have implemented a solution to mitigate the issue causing users to incorrectly receive email notifications stating that their extracts have failed in the Tableau Online UE1 environment. We have confirmed that extract refreshes have been completing without issue and these notification were false failures. We will continue to monitor the situation closely; this incident is now considered resolved.
