Update: 12:00PM Tableau Engineers have confirmed that refreshes and subscription tasks have been operating as expected since they were reenabled at 10am PT.

Update: 11:00AM All refreshes and subscription tasks have been reenabled as of 10AM PT. Next update at 12PM or earlier.

Update 9:00AM Tableau engineers are continuing to work on this issue. We are currently planning on turning refreshes back on at 11am. Next update: 11am PT

Update 11:50PM: Tableau engineers continue to work on the 10az issue. Background refreshes and subscription tasks on 10az will remain disabled until 9AM PT (5PM GMT) 11/22/16. The next update will be at 9AM PT (5PM GMT) 11/22/16.

Update 11:50PM: Tableau engineers continue to work on the 10az issue. Background refreshes and subscription tasks on 10az will remain disabled until 9AM PT (5PM GMT) 11/22/16. The next update will be at 9AM PT (5PM GMT) 11/22/16.

Update 10:00PM: Scheduled refreshes remain disabled at this time. Engineers remain engaged. Next update, 2AM Pacific 11/22/16.

At this time scheduled data refreshes have been disabled, only for the Tableau Online 10AZ pod. Viewing, publishing, and other navigation should be unaffected.

While the background data refresh processes are disabled, new data will not be loaded.

Update 11/21/16 2:00pm PT: Tableau Engineers are still looking into the issue. Next update at 4pm PT.

Update 11/21/16 12:00pm PT: 10AZ remains in a degraded state. Tableau Engineers are still actively engaged in finding the root cause. Next update at 2pm PT.

10AZ is currently in a degraded state and experiencing increased performance latency. During this time, affected uses should expect to experience longer than normal loading times as well as intermittent failures. WebOps is engaged on finding the root cause. Next update at 12:00pm PT.
